Nicoline is the anchor behind PLUS Agency She has a PhD in adult learning and how to increase participant outcome at large conferences.
With her combination of brains, passion and elbow grease, Nicoline has launched a wealth of major meetings over the past 18 years – ranging from strategy kick-offs and staff days to knowledge festivals and conferences for academic communities.
Previously, Nicoline researched knowledge sharing in knowledge-intensive companies, developed executive master’s degrees, been a freelance journalist, and has worked at Disneyland and as a guide at an ostrich farm in South Africa.
Philip is a technology and logistics expert. He’s been messing around with computers since the age of 10, and has worked for the Danish Road Directorate for many years where he project managed heaps of IT projects.
Philip is the technical lead of our new digital products, Mission Possible and Stickity, overseeing development and operations. Philip has a wealth of experience planning and high-profile mega-events, online and live, with all the logistics that large events entail.
Philip also has a passion for rallying in a custom-built QT 500 Dakar car, where the highlights include two victories in the Intercontinental Rally in Africa.
Christina is a project manager at PLUS Agency, holds a Master’s degree in Communication, and has many years of experience as an editorial manager on major TV shows and live events. She thrives at the intersection of planning and execution – she enjoys the details of preparation but lives for the rush when a project comes together and succeeds.
In her work for both DR and TV 2, she has developed everything from quizzes to formats where the forces of nature were transformed into play and experiments. With us, she uses that experience to develop conferences and events that invite involvement, where gamification turns audiences from spectators into active co-creators of the experience.
Vasyl is our sublime developer, focusing on servers, databases, and programming of Plus Agency’s online products. He is the man in the engine room, taking our participatory ideas for better online meetings from paper to well-functioning reality. Calm and collected when everything is moving fast and posing all the good questions along the way.
Vasyl lives in Ukraine with his wife and two children. If you ask Vasyl, a perfect way to relax after a workday is tending to his apple orchard.
Kamilla is a graphic designer and is always brilliant at seeing things from the participants’ perspective, ensuring clarity through all the materials while encouraging commitment and enthusiasm from the participants. Her design is based on the overall idea of the event and is created in close collaboration with the rest of the team. Kamilla is a trained visual communicator from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Design and has many years of graphic design experience. She’s worked with major Danish and international brands in the advertising industry for Valtech and Ogilvy. For the last 10 years, Kamilla’s worked in the event industry where she turns the world on its head while focusing on the details.
