200 stakeholders gathered for the World Childrens Day
The event marked the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and launched UNICEF’s annual State of the World’s Children Report. This year, the report highlighted three megatrends shaping the future for children: the climate crisis, technological development, and demographic changes.
The event’s goal was to inspire action to benefit children worldwide and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
The Knowledge Bazar consists of multiple stations, each hosted by a presenter who, in just 10 minutes, shares insights, facilitates an activity, or provides an experience.
Participants choose freely between the short, impactful sessions.
Over five rounds, participants have just two minutes between sessions to switch stations, guided by lively music that keeps the energy high.
At the UNICEF Childrens Day, the Knowledge Bazar featured an extraordinary range of topics, presenters, and formats.

Over the years, the Knowledge Bazar has engaged anywhere from 100 to 2,500 participants, from scaffolding workers to nurses, lawyers, and professors—and even attendees at international conferences with participants from over 50 countries.
